Due to the nature of perishable goods, we will only offer refunds or a replacement on spoiled or damaged products. If we cannot exchange the product in the event of damaged goods, we will offer a full refund. Every order is quality controlled and well packaged prior to shipping.
We are happy to offer an exchange on any of our non-perishable products if there is a sizing or style issue. The product must be returned to us in an ‘as new’ condition with any packaging, labels or tags still attached. The customer must cover the return postage cost to be eligible for a swap-out of goods.
